Our Treatment Advisors are often the first smiley face our customers meet when coming to Caci. 

This role involves:
You will be responsible for generating new memberships in clinic and creating opportunities for recruiting and retaining customers through events, referrals, local business collaborations, networking and leveraging our branding and marketing.
Carrying out consultations with customers, discussing  their skin concerns and making the best personalised recommendation for their treatments and skincare at Caci Working towards conversion and sales targets
Part of a high energy team of skincare lovers offering an exceptional customer experience

We need a driven, passionate and tenacious salesperson who thrives under pressure, is confident and outgoing
You will be customer focused, with a can-do attitude and the ability to collaborate and work in a team to deliver results
You will be motivated by hitting goals, be resilient and adaptable with high emotional intelligence, accountability and efficient with time management and great organisational skills
You will be looking for a long term position, to build a career with a market leading brand

You will have:
A minimum of 2 years in developing and driving product or service based sales - meeting targets
A proven track record in achieving strong and consistent sales results
Polished and professional personal presentation
Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent listening skills and strong empathy
A high degree of computer literacy
A background or passion for skin and beauty would be an advantage, however the ability to look after our customers is most important!

You will be fully trained!
